Founder & Managing Director. For almost 20 years, Ash has been helping businesses understand what’s really going on with their people - and what to do about it.
She founded People Co. to move beyond traditional HR and into something more useful: practical, honest people and culture work that delivers real impact. Ash works closely with founders and leaders to untangle complex challenges, build leadership capability and create the clarity teams need to do great work.
She’s known for getting quickly to the heart of an issue, saying what needs to be said and turning intention into action.

With a background in design and operations, Azzy turns complexity into something simple and useful. From project systems to proposal decks, she’s the quiet engine behind the scenes that keeps things moving.
